J.P. Montalvan and Gina Dalferro are The Montalvan Realty Team – small, personal-service oriented and affiliated with TTR Sotheby's International Realty.
Born at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., J.P. is a true native of our area. J.P. attended the University of Michigan after graduating from the Maret School of Washington. After graduating with a B.A. from Michigan, J.P., who is fluent in both English and Spanish, studied business at the University of Salamanca, Spain. He completed his formal study of business locally at Johns Hopkins University and received his Masters of Business Administration. He went on to become an executive for International Solutions, an international economic consulting firm specializing in North-South trade, with clients including IBM and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Having lived and worked throughout Maryland, Northern Virgina and the District of Columbia for over 40 years, J.P. enjoys sharing not only his expertise in real estate, but the great history of our area. As one of the region's top-performing agents, he has been asked to serve on important committees and strategic planning groups by MRIS (the multiple list service for D.C., Maryland and Virginia), GCAAR (the board of REALTORS® for D.C. and Montgomery County) and the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR). He has attained a Certificate in International Real Estate for Local Markets offered by the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist network.
Gina attended Xavier University as an undergraduate. She completed a formal study of Strategic Communications and Leadership from Seton Hall University and received her Masters degree. Prior to starting in real estate, she enjoyed a varied sales and consulting career throughout the Washington Metropolitan area, and is a veteran of the U.S. Army Military Police Corp, having served abroad and resigned from active duty as a Captain.

J.P. and Gina are also experienced renovators, having restored and renovated many properties and assisted many clients in the renovation and restoration of newer, older and historic properties alike.
